After this, he went to the Chief Minister for help like honorarium and job, but neither did he get any help nor any job. Due to which today he is facing difficulty in managing the household expenses. He is the father of two daughters (elder daughter is 8 years old and younger daughter is 4 years old).

He told that he is handicapped in both legs and one hand and lives on a wheel chair. He started playing discus throw after seeing Deepa Malik in Rio Paralympics. Before going to Paralympics and starting playing, he used to run a grocery shop. But now he is not able to manage even the household expenses. He has a 72-yard house on which there is a loan of 15 lakhs. At present, he is hoping for help from the government so that he can get a job.
