Manoj Malik told that he is a discus throw player and is handicapped with one hand and one leg. He participated in Tokyo 2021. His category was F-52. Even a week before the event, the doctors had examined him and given him this category. He performed well in his game.
He won the bronze medal on the basis of his ability. After winning the medal, he was disqualified. He also told the reason that you do not fall in this category. At that time, he believed in himself and fought his battle. But he has not got justice till date.

He is the father of two daughters (elder daughter is 8 years old and younger daughter is 4 years old).

Before going to Paralympics and starting playing, he used to run a grocery shop. But now he is not able to manage even the household expenses. He has a 72-yard house on which there is a loan of 15 lakhs. At present, he is hoping for help from the government so that he can get a job.
