1.Apple body shape type

This shape of the body quickly invites obesity. In this shape, most of the body weight is in the stomach and waist. For this reason the upper part of the body is heavy and the lower part is thin.

2. Pear shape (Pear body Shape type)

This shape is the exact opposite of the apple shape. People with this shape have most of their body weight in the lower part. That means hips, waist and thighs weigh more than the rest of the body. For this reason the upper part of the body appears thin.

3. Inverted Triangle body Shape type

This type of body shape types is found in very few people. If your body shape is like this, then most of your body weight will be concentrated near your chest and stomach. Another specialty of this type of shape is that the upper part of your body will be heavy but the lower part will be lighter in comparison. For example, your shoulders will be broad but your legs will be light and relatively thin.

4. Hourglass body shape type

This type of body shape is the ideal body shape. In these types of bodies the weight is equal. That means the upper and lower parts of the body will be equal. But generally the waist remains thin.

This shape is somewhat like an hourglass shape. The only difference is that the waist is not thin in this. The weight is spread equally in the waist as in the rest of the body. The body of people with this type of shape appears straight and flat.

For this, include cardio workouts like walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming in your daily routine. Include high protein foods like eggs, pulses, and nuts in your diet which will help you in reducing fat. Be sure to eat green vegetables which will improve your digestive capacity.

In this type of body shape, it is important to reduce the weight of the upper part. Along with this, also strengthen the lower part. For this, focus on the lower body and do exercises like squats, step-ups and lunges. Along with this, you can also do swimming and yoga. Swimming and yoga not only help in toning the body but also increase the elasticity of the body. Include healthy fats and proteins in your diet, including avocado, fish and nuts. If you are a victim of obesity, then doing cardio for 30-40 minutes daily burns calories and improves the balance of the body.

People with an hourglass shape should do a combo of full-body workouts, including cardio and strength training, to keep their weight in balance. Eat less food, but eat 5-6 times a day so that your metabolism remains active and helps in weight loss.
