80 grams Vankshalochan (white part of bamboo tree)

40 grams cardamom
20 grams cinnamon

Learn how to prepare Sitopaladi

First of all make sugar candy in powder form.
Then grind Vankshalochan and Pippali also.
After this, peel the small cardamom and separate the cardamom seeds.
Now mix cardamom seeds with cinnamon and grind them.
Now mix all the ground ingredients together.
