3. Smoking and Alcohol leads to High Cholesterol

1. Pain or tingling in the feet. This often happens because the arteries in your legs get blocked due to increased cholesterol.

3. Chest pain can often occur due to increased cholesterol. This may mean that not enough blood is reaching your heart.

1. Change your food

Avoid spicy foods and opt for green vegetables. Eat whole grains. Include fruits like broccoli in your diet. Include olive oil or coconut oil in your diet. If you eat eggs, take out its yellow yolk. Yes, one more thing, minimize the use of salt and sugar in food.

2. Do regular exercise (Daily Exercise)
