Navjot Singh Sidhu is now embroiled in controversy regarding the cancer treatment of his wife Navjot Kaur Sidhu. Recently, Navjot Singh Sidhu had shared a post, in which he had shared some home remedies for his wife’s cancer treatment. Navjot Singh Sidhu and his wife are now in trouble over Navjot Kaur Sidhu’s claims of home remedies to cure cancer. Chhattisgarh Civil Society has sent a legal notice of Rs 850 crore to Sidhu’s wife Navjot Kaur. In this notice, clarification has been sought within 40 days on the claims of Navjot Singh Sidhu about the contribution of home remedies in the treatment of cancer.

Navjot Singh Sidhu had shared his wife’s diet plan

Actually, Navjot Singh Sidhu had shared a diet plan on his social media account on Monday. In this he claimed that this diet plan played a big role in the treatment of his wife’s cancer. However, in his post he also mentioned surgery, chemotherapy, hormonal and targeted therapy in his wife’s treatment. Siddhi had informed about the changes in his wife’s diet and lifestyle along with the treatment. But, Chhattisgarh Civil Society believes that people are getting confused about allopathy due to Navjot Singh Sidhu’s claim.

Sidhu should apologize

Convenor of Chhattisgarh Civil Society, Dr. Kuldeep Solanki says that Navjot Singh Sidhu’s claims are false and because of them people are getting confused about allopathy. There are many cancer patients who do not want to take medicine, due to which their life is in increased danger. In the notice issued, it has been said that if Navjot Kaur Sidhu does not present evidence of her claim then legal action will be taken against her.

Tata Memorial Hospital had rejected the claims

According to the notice of Chhattisgarh Civil Society, after knowing about the post shared by Navjot Singh Sidhu, a situation of ambiguity has arisen among cancer patients in the country and abroad and opposition to allopathy medicines has arisen among the people. The notice also said that if Sidhu does not apologize for his statement or does not produce documents related to its scientific authenticity, he will approach the court. Earlier, Tata Memorial Hospital had also issued an advisory rejecting the claims of treating cancer with home remedies.
