Apart from this, consuming vitamin C also increases the absorption of iron in the body. This also boosts the immune system of the body. Include spinach, beetroot, pumpkin and dates in the diet.

2. Maintain water content in the body

Symptoms of frequent vomiting and diarrhea increase fatigue and weakness in the body. Actually, lack of electrolytes in the body aggravates this problem. In such a situation, drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated.

3. Do not lift heavy items
