Quinoa 1 cup
Rajma 1/2 bowl
Paneer 1/2 bowl
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Chopped onion 1 bowl
Red capsicum 2 teaspoons
Yellow capsicum 2 teaspoons
Broccoli 1/2 bowl
Coriander leaves 1 handful
Baby tomatoes 1 bowl
Chopped cucumber 1/2 bowl
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Paneer Quinoa Salad Recipe
- To make this, wash the quinoa and put it in a vessel and add water to it and keep it to cook.
- On the other hand, take half a bowl of kidney beans, wash them and let them soak for a while and then put them to boil.
- Drain the prepared quinoa and kidney beans and take them out in a bowl. On the other hand, add olive oil in the pan.
- Now add onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion, tomato, broccoli and cheese in the pan and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix this mixture with quinoa and kidney beans. Also add salt, black pepper and oregano as per taste and mix.
- After this, add finely chopped cucumber and lemon juice to enhance its flavour. Now stir it for some time.
