Ukraine’s Energy Minister Herman Halushenko said in a statement on Facebook that Russia had again launched a “massive attack on energy infrastructure.” Ukraine’s Air Force carried out several strikes on the Kharkiv, Dnipro and Poltava regions in the east of the country. There has been a warning of missiles being fired. “(Power) distribution system operators have taken measures to minimize consumption to limit the impact of damage to the power system,” Halushenko said.
