New Delhi: Singer Sapna Choudhary’s troubles have increased. Tis Hazari Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against singer Sapna Choudhary. Tis Hazari Court has issued this warrant as Sapna Choudhary did not appear in the court.
What is the whole matter?
A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Sapna Choudhary for not appearing in a fraud case. The Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police had filed a chargesheet against Sapna. Pawan Chawla had filed a complaint against her.
Actually, an FIR was registered against Sapna Choudhary in 2021. The court said that the accused had sought exemption on the last day of hearing (LDOH). Even on Tuesday, despite the accused being summoned, she did not appear in the court.
Cases have already been filed against Sapna
This is not the first time a case has been registered against Sapna. Cases of fraud have been registered against Sapna earlier as well. A fraud case was filed against her in Lucknow in 2018. Sapna Choudhary was accused of not performing in a program despite taking money. Sapna Choudhary surrendered in this case on 10 May 2022 and the court also issued an arrest warrant in this case in August 2022.
