CBI filed first chargesheet against 13 people in NEET paper leak case. CBI filed first chargesheet against 13 accused including Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Jitendra, Raghvendu, Ashutosh Kumar, Roshan Kumar, Manish Prakash, Awadhesh Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav in NEET paper leak case.
Role of the accused-
- Sikandar Yadavendu – Middle Man
- Amit Anand as Solver Gang Member
- Nitish Kumar- Solver Gang Member
- Anurag Yadav – Student Arrested
- Ayush Raj – Student Arrested
- Akhilesh- Ayush’s father arrested
- Manish Prakash’s role – the one who brings students to a safe house
- Ashutosh- Learn Play School which offers space in its rented house in Safe House
- Roshan- Sikandar’s driver who helped with transportation of the kids to and from the place.
Apart from these, CBI has arrested many other accused, including Hazaribagh school principal Ahsanul Haq, vice principal Danish, many medical students in the solver gang, Prakash alias Aditya who stole the paper, Raju. CBI will file a supplementary chargesheet against all of them in the coming days.
How was the NEET paper leak planned?
Danapur’s Junior Engineer Sikandar Yadvendu meets two members of the solver gang named Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand, where Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand take some personal work to Sikandar. In the conversation, Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand tell Sikandar that they can leak the paper of any exam and they have a setting. Sikandar talks to Nitish and Amit about setting the NEET exam for his nephew.
Nitish and Amit Anand told Sikandar Yadvendu the rate of 32 lakhs for leaking the NEET exam paper. Sikandar told that he has 4 children for whom the arrangement has to be done and he will demand 40 lakhs from the opposite party. Sikandar Yadvendu’s first candidate is his nephew Anurag Yadav who has been arrested by the police after the NEET exam. The second candidate Ayush Raj and his father Akhilesh have been arrested by the police and he is Sikandar’s friend.
The Supreme Court gave its verdict in the case
There was a lot of politics in the NEET-UG paper leak case. The opposition surrounded the government and demanded the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The opposition alleged that the Modi government has handed over the entire education system to the mafia and the corrupt. There was a demand to conduct the NEET UG 2024 exam again. While hearing the case, the Supreme Court said in its decision that the NEET-UG exam will not be held again.
