1. Lentil Kebabs
to make this what you need
2 cups leftover lentils (chana dal or toor dal is better)
finely chopped onions
finely chopped green chillies
finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt as needed
prepare it like this
First of all, take out the leftover lentils from the refrigerator and keep them at room temperature to become normal.
If there is excess water in your lentils, heat it for a while and dry it.
If your dal is too thin, you can add fresh bread crumbs to it.
Then put lentils, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste if required in a bowl and mix everything well together.
Now give it the shape of kebab and put it on hot pan.
Then apply any oil or ghee of your choice and cook them until they become crispy from both sides.
Then take them out on a plate and enjoy them with your favorite chutney.
2.Missi Paratha
to make this what you need
1 cup leftover lentils
Wheat flour as needed
a pinch of celery
finely chopped onions
finely chopped green chillies
finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt as needed

First, bring the lentils to room temperature.
Now mix onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, red chilli and celery well together in a bowl.
Then add the lentils and mix them well, then add flour in small portions and prepare a soft dough.
Then apply some oil on the dough, and leave it for 20 minutes.
Now make small balls of dough and roll them lightly.
Then put it on a hot pan, cook well till it becomes crispy from both the sides.
Your parathas are ready, serve them hot with desi ghee.

3. Lentil dosa
To make dosa, you will need
left over lentils
Semolina
Curd
Salt as needed
1/4 tsp baking soda (sweet soda)
Prepare dal dosa like this
First of all, take a baking jar, add lentils, semolina, curd and baking soda in it and blend it well.
Set its consistency by adding water as required.
Keep the consistency of the batter normal, neither too thick nor too thin.
Then keep the batter covered for some time.
Here place the pan on the gas, and let it heat well.
When the pan is completely heated, pour two to four drops of oil on the pan and wipe it with a tissue and grease the pan.
Now pour the batter on the plate and spread it. When your dosa starts cooking, pour oil over it and cook it until it becomes crispy on both sides.
Your dosa is ready, enjoy it with your favorite chutney.
