How to apply chia seeds on hair (How to use chia seeds for hair)
1. Chia Seeds and Vinegar Mask
For this you need you: 4 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Apply like this
Soak chia seeds in water in a bowl and leave them for about 1 hour.
The chia seeds will absorb the water and form a gel-like structure.
Now add vinegar to the chia seeds, and mix well to form a paste-like consistency.
On clean hair, apply this paste from root to tip, and leave it on for 30 minutes.
Then finally clean the hair with normal water and then shampoo your hair.
2. Chia Seeds and Aloe Vera Hair Gel
To make this you need: chia seeds, water, aloe vera gel
Prepare it like this
Put water and chia seeds in a bowl and let it soak.
The next morning, pour the mixture into a pan and heat it for about 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture and keep it in a bowl.
Add aloe vera gel as required and beat well.
Now put the prepared gel in a bottle.
Apply this hair gel on wet hair and leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Finally, clean your hair with normal water.

3. Chia Seeds and Honey Mask
For this you need: 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 4 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp honey
Prepare it like this
Add water and chia seeds in a bowl. Soak for 30 minutes.
Then add honey, a few spoons of apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and mix them all well.
Apply it thoroughly from the roots to the tips of your hair.
Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off with normal water.
After this apply shampoo and conditioner.
4. Chia Seeds Gel Water
It is very easy to make, you have to blend the chia seeds dry and make a coarse powder of it.
Now add 1 teaspoon of powder to the water and leave it for about 2 hours.
When the water turns into a gel-like form, apply it on your hair, tie it in a bun and leave it for 1 hour.
Finally, clean your hair with your regular shampoo.
5. Include chia seeds in your regular diet
To reap maximum benefits of chia seeds for hair, include them in your regular diet. Soak chia seeds in water overnight, then add more water and lemon juice to it in the morning and drink it.
