Nutritionist and Health Total founder Anjali Mukherjee has shared a very tasty and easy recipe for preparing white sauce pasta. All the ingredients used in it are safe. You just have to follow the instructions given and your white sauce will be ready. To make white sauce you need (Healthy white sauce pasta at home)
2 cups bottle gourd
2 cups cauliflower
3 to 5 curry leaves
2 tsp wheat flour
1 tablespoon ghee or olive oil
2 to 3 cups oats milk or cow milk
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Salt
black pepper
Prepare your white sauce like this
Add gourd, cauliflower, curry leaves, salt, black pepper and some water in a pressure cooker and cook them well.
When it is completely cooked, remove the curry leaves and blend the vegetables to make a smooth puree.

Now take a pan, let it heat well then add ghee or olive oil into it along with wheat flour and mix everything well together.

When the flour dissolves completely, add milk to it one cup at a time.
After that add chilli flakes and your Favorite Herbs Add, mix it all together well.
Then add the prepared vegetable puree and mix everything well and give it time to cook completely.
Then finally add the remaining milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
You have to do all this work on low flame. Your white sauce is ready.
Now you can add pasta to it, if you want you can have it with other dishes as well. It is completely up to you.
Know the benefits of homemade white sauce
Ready-to-eat white sauce or packaged white sauce available in the market have preservatives and other chemicals along with artificial flavors added to them. Apart from this, flour and plenty of cheese are used in them. Also, you do not have any idea about their quality and what type of cheese has been used in them. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid them. Especially children should be kept away from such food items as much as possible.
