To make homemade chocolate you will need:
1 cup cocoa butter
1 cup cocoa powder
¼ cup honey, adjust according to your preference if you prefer less or more sweet chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
sliced or toasted almonds
chopped walnuts
Orange or mint extract (optional)

Place a smaller pan on top of another pan with an inch of water. This method can help reduce the risk of burns.
Then add cocoa butter to it and when it melts completely, remove it from the flame and add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and orange or mint extract to it.
Let it cool for a while. When it becomes thick like honey, add honey to it.
But, if you are using raw honey, melt it with cocoa butter.
Keep mixing all the ingredients continuously until the texture becomes smooth.
