Know how this ayurvedic cough syrup works
1. Ardua juice
Adusa juice has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which are considered very effective in the condition of cough, cold and phlegm, and provide relief from the problem of shortness of breath. At the same time, it soothes joint pain and swelling. According to Ayurveda, Adusa has medicinal properties, which help in managing the skin well. Its use gives relief from pyorrhea and bleeding gums. It provides relief from toothache, cures chronic cold. It is known as a tonic for the nervous system, while its consumption also provides relief from digestive problems.
2. Ginger juice
Ginger is used as a traditional remedy for coughs and colds. The anti-inflammatory properties of ginger help reduce inflammation of the respiratory tract and suppress the cough response. Ginger has a warming effect, thus it helps break up mucus and soothe the throat. Ginger has antibacterial properties, which help fight infections, including those that cause sore throat.
3. Honey

Learn how to prepare ayurvedic cough syrup
To prepare it you need
4-5 leaves of ardussi
2 to 3 teaspoons ginger juice
1 pinch of turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
Prepare it like this
Take 4-5 leaves of ardusi, wash them, then grind them and make their juice (ardusi juice). You can also add some water if needed.
Take 10-15 ml of Ardusi juice, add 10 ml/ 2-3 teaspoons of fresh ginger juice to it.
Then add a pinch of turmeric powder to it.
Lastly, add 1 teaspoon of honey and mix it all together.
Your syrup is ready, take it 2 to 3 times a day in case of cough and cold.
You can take it in case of viral infections, cough, allergic rhinitis, fever and cold.
Note: Make sure you take only one spoon at a time, do not consume more than this.
