1. Stress urinary incontinence
When your pelvic floor muscles become weak, you may face urinary incontinence. Sexual stimulation puts pressure on the bladder and urethra, so if you already have urinary incontinence, you may leak urine. Coughing, sneezing or laughing too much during sex can also cause urine leakage.
2. constipation
During constipation, the stool becomes very hard, which causes stress on the nerves. Urine leakage is normal in this condition. This may be more common, especially in women suffering from chronic constipation.
3. Excessive consumption of alcohol and caffeine
If you have consumed alcohol or caffeinated drinks immediately before engaging in sexual activity, urine leakage may occur during sexual activity. These types of beverages are diuretics, which increase the frequency and urgency of passing urine.
