1. Add to cookies and cakes

The goodness of flax seeds can be added to cakes and cookies to prepare for Christmas and New Year. With this the body gets healthy fats. Apart from being roasted and added, it can also be used in powder form or as a topping.

2. Mix powder in idli batter

While preparing the idli batter made from rice and rava, prepare the powder by roasting flax seeds. Then add 1 to 2 spoons of it as per the batter. With this the body will get fatty acids and a change in its taste will also be felt.

3. Make vegetables nutritious

7. Flaxseed Chutney

To make chutney to eat with idli and dosa, roast 1 cup flax seeds. Now in a separate pan, fry curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies, roasted gram dal, coconut, urad dal and dry red chillies. Mix all the ingredients and grind them and add tamarind water to it.

8. Linseed Laddus

Grind flax seeds and mix them in the laddus prepared by mixing flour and dry fruits. Apart from this, it can also be roasted and added to the mixture. Apart from this, it can also be included in Chikki and Gajak along with sesame seeds.
