1. Kapal Randhra Dhauti

By doing this, the impurities growing in the face and brain can be removed. In this, Kapal means forehead, Randra means hole and Dhauti means cleansing. By doing this the head and face become internally clean.

  • First of all, wash and dry your hands and face. Now sit on the mat and straighten your waist.
  • After that massage the forehead with the fingers of both hands. During this period, maintain light pressure on the forehead.
  • Now bring the index and middle fingers near the nose and go through the undereye to the temple behind the ears.
  • After that massage the neck upwards. If there is any skin related problem, then avoid massaging the skin. Doing this helps in internal cleaning.

2. Throne (Simhasan)

3.Pout yoga pose
