You only need 3 ingredients to make this mukhwas:
Gooseberry
Beetroot
Rock Salt/Black Salt
Prepare it like this
1. Grate 10 amla and 3 beetroot together.
2. Spread it on a plate, then add 1 teaspoon of black or rock salt and let it dry for 3-4 days.
For drying: Keep the plate indoors in a sunny spot for 3 to 4 days. If you want to dry it outside, cover the plate with a muslin cloth and do not keep it in direct sunlight. Once the mixture is thoroughly dried, store it in an airtight container.

Storage: Amla Beetroot Mukhwas can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months. However, if making a large quantity, store the Mukhwas in the refrigerator and for regular use it is advisable to store a small quantity of Mukhwas at room temperature.

diet: Take 1 teaspoon of it after meals thrice a day and chew it. It can also be taken as a snack on an empty stomach. When amla is not available in season, you can mix amla powder with boiled beetroot and a pinch of salt. It can also be taken as a salad. You will get the same benefits from this too.
