1. Overheating of the body

Correct balance of body temperature is very important. Sleeping with a sweater at night can increase the body temperature. And this will cause restlessness even in your sleep.

4. Some people’s hands and feet remain cold even in blankets. Especially if this is happening again and again, you can wear light socks and a cap. This will provide adequate warmth to the hands and feet.
5. Moisturize the skin before sleeping so that itching and rashes can be avoided even if the clothes are rough.
