1 Getting Sick Often

Do you fall sick often? This could also mean that your body may not be getting enough nutrients. Inadequate amounts of vitamin C and E in your body weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to infections.

It is easy to have a vitamin C deficiency because it is a water-soluble vitamin and is easily excreted from the body. It is also easy to obtain vitamin C because it is available in many fruits and vegetables.

4 Dry eyes

Excessive eye exposure to light from electronic device screens and the use of contact lenses are common causes of dry eyes and blurred vision. This can also happen if you are not getting enough vitamins A, E, and B12.

Increasing your intake of vitamin A will improve or reduce the symptoms of vitamin A deficiency. You can do this by including vitamin A-rich foods in your diet and taking a multivitamin that contains the right amount of vitamin A.
