1. Multi flour idly recipe

To make it we need

Urad dal 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Millet flour 1/2 cup
Jowar flour 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Curd 2 cups
Salt to taste

Know the method of making it

  • To make it, soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds (fenugreek seeds benefits) for 2 to 3 hours. Now filter the water and make a paste of it.
  • After the paste is ready, mix wheat, jowar and bajra flour (Bajra aata) in it. Now add curd to it and stir well.
  • Add salt and coriander leaves to the prepared paste as per taste and keep it covered for some time. After keeping it covered for 2 to 3 hours, stir the paste.
  • Now pour the paste into the greased idli mould and steam it in the microwave or on the gas for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Now serve the prepared multi-flour idli with mint or coconut chutney. This keeps you satiated for a long time.

2. Mint makhana recipe

To make it we need

Makhana 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 pinch
Chat masala as per taste
Salt to taste
Mint Chutney

Know the method of making it

  • To make it, put olive oil in a pan and roast the makhanas for some time. Stir them while roasting.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes so that the makhanas become completely crispy. Keep stirring them to prevent them from burning.
  • After roasting the makhanas, put them in a bowl, add black pepper, Chaat masala (Chaat masala recipe) and salt and mix it.
  • Now put the makhana in a serving bowl, garnish it with mint chutney and serve it.

3. Pea pancake

To make it you need

Green peas 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Paneer 1 cup
Turmeric 1 pinch
Green chillies 1 to 2
Chopped carrot 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped onion 1
Salt to taste

Know the method of making it

  • To make this, first boil the peas and then after cooling them, prepare their paste.
  • Now add rice flour, grated carrot, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and gram flour to the pea paste and mix it.
  • Add salt, turmeric and black pepper to the prepared batter and prepare a thin paste by adding water as required.
  • Grease the pan, pour the batter over it and spread it in the circular shape, add grated cheese over it and cook.
  • Serve the crispy pea pancakes garnished with coriander and mint chutney.

4. Oats upma recipe

To make it we need

Oats 1 cup
Urad dal 2 teaspoon
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 1
Green chillies 1 to 2
Coriander leaves 1 handful
Peanut oil 1 teaspoon
Carrot 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Peas 1/4 cup

Know the method of making it

  • To make it, first put oil in a pan and roast the oats in it. Now add a pinch of turmeric and mix it.
  • Now put oil in the pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, urad dal, tomato, green chilli and red chilli, stir and let it cook for some time.
  • After this add grated carrots, peas and capsicum and cook for some time. Now add roasted oats to the pan and mix it.
  • Add water to the prepared mixture, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Serve the prepared recipe by garnishing it with coriander.
