Senior Congress leader Deepak Babaria has strongly attacked BJP MP from Mandi Lok Sabha Kangana Ranaut. He has said about Kangana that she has become an MP in a playful manner. Actually, Deepak Babaria was reacting to Kangana’s statement in which Kangana had accused of murder and rape during the farmers’ movement. BJP also distanced itself from Kangana on Monday over this statement.
Kangana Ranaut’s film Emergency is going to be released next month. Kangana Ranaut is continuously promoting this film. During a podcast, she made a statement by linking the farmers’ movement and the situation in Bangladesh. She said that if the central leadership was not strong when the farmers were protesting in the country, it would not have taken long for the situation to become like Bangladesh here.
BJP distances itself from Kangana
The opposition is now cornering Kangana over this statement. At the same time, BJP has also distanced itself from Kangana. BJP issued a statement on Monday.
