According to the National Institutes of Health, a group of 98 women consumed 1000 mg of Gokhru for 12 weeks. This not only reduced the blood sugar level but also reduced the level of bad cholesterol in the body of those women who had cholesterol problems.

3. Gokhru paste

To reduce dryness on the face, soak the bunion overnight and remove it from water after 8 to 10 hours. After preparing the paste, add rose water to it and apply it on the face and neck. The skin gets benefits from this.
