1 Avocado Hummus

To make hummus you will need:

Avocado 1 ripe
Boiled chickpeas ½ bowl
Tahini 1/4 cup
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Water 2-3 tbsp

How to make Avocado Hummus

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and put the pulp in a food processor.
  • Place the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  • Blend the ingredients until it’s smooth. If the hummus is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.

2 Avocado Chicken Kebabs

To make kebabs you will need:

Boneless Chicken 400 gms
Green chillies 3
slice of ginger
Garlic cloves 8
Avocado 1
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves 16-20
Onion 2
Paneer 500 gms
Pineapple 1
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Black salt 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 100 ml
Salt

How to make Avocado Chicken Kebab

  • Mix the chicken with chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and mint leaves.
  • Add chopped avocado to the chicken and mix well.
  • Take chopped pineapple in another bowl and add chopped onion, green chillies, mint, lemon juice, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Make tikkis using the chittan and avocado mixture and lightly fry them in olive oil.
  • Sprinkle some black pepper powder over it.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot with pineapple salsa.
