1. Take breaks during work

2. Do not sleep with a pillow

Sleeping in the wrong posture also increases neck pain. In such a situation, avoid sleeping with a pillow. Instead of keeping the head elevated, try to sleep on a flat surface. This can reduce the stiffness in the neck and waist.

3. Do stretching exercises

To get rid of the increasing pain and tension in the body, do some stretching exercises for some time. This reduces the increasing cramps in the muscles and increases the flexibility of the muscles. 4. Take help of cold compress

To relieve the increasing tension in the neck and back muscles, take the help of massage. This relaxes the muscles and reduces neck pain. Regular massage also relaxes the muscles behind the neck. Along with this, pain in the arms also starts reducing.

6. Choose the right sitting posture

Sit in the right posture while working. This strengthens the spine and also keeps the neck and shoulder muscles relaxed. Sitting in the wrong way causes pain and changes the body posture, which increases the risk of many problems in the body including back hump.
