1. Fresh Fruits: In this diet only fruits are to be eaten in the morning.
2. Raw Fruits: Have salad and raw vegetables for dinner.

Rules of Dip Diet (How to follow Dip Diet)

Lunch

According to Vikram Singh Meena, try to finish lunch by 12 noon. You have to eat only fruits in lunch. He said that you can eat 3-4 types of fruits equal to your (body weight × 10) grams. It is also important to keep in mind that the fruits should be of different types. Yes, you can choose the fruits as per your choice.

dinner

Try to have dinner before 7 o’clock. Dinner should consist of 4 types of raw vegetables which are equal to your (body weight x 10) grams. If you feel hungry in the evening, you can take sprouted grains, dry fruits. But keep in mind that the sprouted grains should be in the same number of grams as your weight in kilograms.

To make DIP diet more effective, remember these 2 things (things to remember with DIP diet)

1. Avoid processed foods

Any type of packaged food items. Those lacquers that claim to be pure and healthy, don’t eat them. Stop eating things like biscuits, chips, cakes completely.

2. Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water is important to keep the body hydrated, but along with this, keep in mind that do not drink water immediately after eating. This affects the metabolism of the body.
