Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Aamir has retired from international cricket. Aamir has retired from international cricket for the second time. Aamir took retirement for the first time from Test cricket in 2019 and from white ball cricket in December 2020. But earlier this year he returned to the Pakistan team for the T20 World Cup.
On the other hand, Pakistan’s spin-allrounder Imad Wasim has also retired from international cricket. Imad also returned from retirement on March 23 this year. The 35-year-old player had retired for the first time in November 2023, saying that now the time has come to focus on playing in foreign leagues.
Aamir has taken 71 wickets in 62 T-20I matches. Aamir has taken 71 wickets in 62 T-20 International matches for Pakistan. Whereas his best was 4 wickets for 13 runs. Apart from this, he took 119 wickets in 36 Test matches, while he took 81 wickets in 61 ODI matches.
After returning from retirement, Aamir played 12 T20 matches and took 12 wickets.
Imad’s international career Imad Wasim has played 55 ODI and 75 T20 matches for Pakistan. This left arm spinner has taken 44 wickets in ODIs and 73 wickets in T-20. He also had 986 runs in ODI and 554 runs in T-20.
After returning from retirement, Imad played 20 T-20 matches and took 8 wickets.
