Drink about half a cup of Amla water in the morning on an empty stomach. Grate Amla or cut it into small pieces and boil in a cup of water. Then filter the water and drink it. You can add honey to it for taste and nutrition. If you want, you can cool the Amla water and use it as a hair rinse.

2. Amla Oil

Massage the scalp with amla oil regularly to make your hair strong, shiny and soft. You can add amla oil to hair mask to nourish your hair from root to tip. To make Amla oil, add Amla powder or Amla pieces to coconut oil and heat it. Cool the Amla oil and immediately apply it on the scalp and hair roots.

3. Amla Powder

You can prepare scalp cleanser or hair mask by mixing Amla powder with other herbs. This will help in exfoliating and removing dirt, dust and excess oil from the hair.

4. Amla and lemon juice

Massage your scalp with a tonic made from freshly squeezed amla and lemon juice. Then leave it for 30 minutes, after that wash your head. Using Amla juice on hair works as an effective treatment to strengthen hair. Amla juice is the simplest hair tonic, which provides all the essential nutrients to your hair.

5. Amla Dye

Make a paste by mixing amla powder with henna powder and a few drops of water. It not only prevents premature graying of hair, but also increases shine. Whenever you apply Amla powder on hair, definitely mix Henna powder in it. This helps prevent hair coloring and premature graying.
