1 bottle of plain kombucha
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Honey

Make Ginger Turmeric Kombucha like this

Pour plain kombucha into a glass jar.
Add finely chopped ginger and ground turmeric.
Stir well to combine.
Alternatively, you can add honey for sweetness.
Cover the jar with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 days, so that the flavors meld.
Once dissolved, strain the kombucha to remove the ginger slices and turmeric powder.

2 cups plain curd
2 cups water
salt as per taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Mix plain curd and water in a blender.

Prepare mint tea like this

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add dried or fresh mint leaves to boiling water.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover with a lid.
Soak mint leaves in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Filter the tea and pour it into a cup and if you want a sweet taste then add honey to it.

4. Cumin water

This is a simple drink, which you can easily make at home for your stomach health. Cumin contains many compounds that stimulate the production of digestive enzymes. Along with this, cumin water promotes skin health. If you have problem of acne and pimples, it can help you in controlling them.

1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 cup water
black salt

Prepare cumin water like this

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add whole cumin seeds to boiling water.
Lower the flame and let the cumin seeds boil in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the gas and let the cumin water cool slightly.
Now filter out the cumin seeds and take out the water in a cup.
Now add black salt to water, and drink it.

5. Amla Juice

Amla juice is a simple and refreshing drink, which contains adequate amount of Vitamin C. Thus, it boosts immunity and prevents you from falling sick again and again. Apart from this, Vitamin C stimulates collagen production, thus it also prevents premature aging in women. At the same time, it provides natural glow to the skin and provides necessary nutrition to the hair and strengthens them from the roots. It helps protect the digestive system from oxidative damage. Necessary Materials

1 tbsp amla powder or 1 fresh amla fruit, chopped
1 cup water
black pepper
Honey or jaggery, as per taste

In a small saucepan, bring water and amla powder or chopped amla fruit to a boil.
Lower the flame and let the amla boil in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn off the gas and let them cool.
Blend amla, black pepper and water together in a blending jar.
Now filter the blended mixture through a filter and extract its juice.
Sweeten with honey or jaggery and enjoy.
