OnePlus 13 is Getting New Camera Feature Macro Close Up Function

OnePlus launched OnePlus 13 in the Chinese market on October 31. Now macro close-up function is being included in this flagship smartphone. The new feature, included through a recent system update, helps users capture more close-up shots with ease. OnePlus has today officially announced that users can access the macro close-up feature after updating their devices. Once the system is fully updated, users can open the camera, then tap the “little petal” icon and start shooting in macro mode. This update is being released gradually in OnePlus 13. According to OnePlus, all devices will be able to get it by November 17. Users can check for the update by going to Settings > System & Updates > Software Update or selecting the Apply for Trial option in the Software Update settings.

OnePlus 13 already has a very powerful camera system. Its camera system consists of a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 flagship primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens with multi-prism reflective periscope structure, and a 120° field of view powered by a Samsung S5KJN5 sensor. The View includes a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. While improving its imaging capabilities, OnePlus has maintained its partnership with Hasselblad for its image processing. AI De-Glare technology to reduce glass reflection in photos and Shadowless Snap feature for motion capture are also provided inside the phone.
