After about 5 months, Superstar Singer 3 has got its winner. Avirbhav and Atharv became the winners of this season. Apart from the trophy, both the winners also got a prize money of Rs 10 lakh each. In ‘Superstar Singers 3’, Atharv Bakshi and Avirbhav won the hearts of not only the judges but also the audience with their songs. Avirbhav got the highest number of votes from the audience while Atharv was voted by the judges, captains and chief guests for his consistently excellent performance. Vicky Kaushal and Neha Kakkar have congratulated Atharv on his victory.
Vicky Kaushal became a fan of Atharva Bakshi
In an exclusive interview with HT, Atharva opened up about his journey on the show, his ideals, and what he wants to do in the future. He said, ‘This is a big opportunity for me because Vicky Kaushal Sir, Neha Ma’am (Neha Kakkar) and the guests on the show praised my singing. I feel even better after becoming the winner. I have won the ‘Suro Ke Dharohar’ category. I want to make this my career in the future as well.
Atharva Bakshi expressed gratitude to his parents
Atharva said, ‘My parents have always supported me. They take very good care of me and also help me in my studies. My father was initially a little angry about my music as he also had a band during his college days. So, he knew about the challenges. But my maternal uncle and mother convinced Papa. When he allowed me, I started watching Idol 10. From then on, I started getting more interested in music. My parents’ support was very special to me, due to which I am here today.’
Atharva considers him his ideal
Atharva Bakshi says that Kishore Kumar and Arijit Singh are his idols. When asked about his singing idols, he said, ‘Although all singers are my idols, I consider Arijit Sir, Sonu Sir, Neha Ma’am, Javed Ali Sir, Mohammad Rafi Sir, Kishore Sir, Lata Mangeshkar Ji, Asha Ji as my idols.’ Let us tell you that Neha Kakkar was the super judge of ‘Superstar Singer 3’, while Arunita Kanjilal, Pawandeep Rajan, Mohammad Danish, Sayli Kamble and Salman Ali were the gurus of these children.
