1. Chia seeds coconut pudding

To make it we need

Chia seeds 2 teaspoons
Water 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Cucumber 1/2 cup
Green chilli 1
Coriander 1 handful
Roasted peanuts 2 teaspoons
Black pepper as per taste
Salt to taste

  • To make this, first of all put 1 cup of water in a vessel and soak 2 teaspoons of chia seeds in it for 2 hours.
  • Now add blended curd in that bowl and stir it. Now add half cup of cucumber and equal amount of grated coconut in it.
  • After mixing it completely with the gravy, add black pepper, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and roasted peanuts to it.
  • Mix all these things and put them in a bowl and serve it garnished with coarsely ground peanuts and cucumber slices.

2. Beetroot poha cutlet

To make it we need

Poha 1 cup
Beetroot 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Paneer 8 to 10 slices
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

  • To make this, first of all, wet 1 cup of Poha by putting it in a sieve and then when the Poha absorbs all the water, put it in a bowl.
  • Now put it in a bowl and add grated carrots, capsicum and beetroot and mix it. After this add chopped onion.
  • Mix black pepper, chilli flakes, salt and oregano with the vegetables. After mixing well, give it the shape of a cutlet with your hands.
  • While shaping the cutlets by hand, stuff them with paneer slices. Now shallow fry the cutlets on a pan.

3. Sabudana rolls

To make it we need

Sago 1 bowl
Potatoes 1 to 2
Paneer 1 bowl
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 inch
Green chillies 1 to 2
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste

  • To make this, soak the sabudana for some time. Strain the sabudana and add the boiled mashed sabudana to it.
  • Now add peanut powder, grated paneer and ginger green chilli paste to it. Now add salt, black pepper and chaat masala to it as per taste.

  • Grease the pan with oil and shallow fry the rolls on it and then serve it with chutney.

4. Moong dal chilla

To make it we need

Moong dal chilla 1 cup
Makhana 1 cup
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
Ginger 1 inch
Green chillies 1 to 2
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
