1. Have breakfast regularly
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and we take it after a long gap at night, so it should not be skipped. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it determines your physical activities for the whole day. A healthy breakfast keeps you satisfied for a long time, so that you do not feel hungry again and again and you take limited amount of calories. Apart from this, it maintains the flow of energy in your body from morning to evening, so that you are able to focus better. So have breakfast regularly.
2. Avoid overeating
Overeating is the sole reason for many physical problems. Many times we keep eating even after our hunger is over, due to which the calorie intake increases and the digestive system is under pressure. Thus your digestion can become unbalanced and you may have problems like bloating, indigestion, gas, etc. In such a situation, it is very important to understand when to stop eating. 3. Stay away from screens while eating
