It may be necessary to ensure that the penis is penetrating completely during intercourse. Healthy sperm can fertilize the egg in any sex position.
2. Saliva is the most fertility-friendly lubricant
Many people believe that saliva should be used as a lubricant to conceive. Let us tell you that this is a big myth, saliva acts as a sperm killer. At the same time, it is also a big truth that lubricants containing oil and chemicals are not fertility friendly.

Regular sex leads to less sperm ejaculation. There should be a gap of two to four days between sex so that sufficient male semen is produced.
