Women’s health is a topic that no one wants to talk about much. Even if someone talks about it, it is not taken very seriously. Whether it is pain during periods or the pain during childbirth, no one understands it, rather it is just said that a woman has to endure this much. But if they are not told about these things completely, then it has a very bad effect on their mental health.

Many girls do not know about their female organs properly, many women do not even understand postpartum depression, and many women are not able to accept their own body due to increasing weight after menopause. Today, there are many female influencers on social media who are talking about all these things and teaching women to love their body.
