We get these easily by eating dairy products like milk, curd and cheese. Similarly, we also get many vitamins from green vegetables, which are essential for bones. Now it has ladyfinger, can be bitter gourd, can be spinach or you can also add fenugreek to this list. Similarly, we also get protein from fish and eggs which is essential for bones. Okra is the best substitute for bones among vegetables. Okra is rich in calcium and vitamin D, due to which it helps in keeping bones healthy. In fact, calcium is the element that nourishes the bones the most and even protects them from the risk of breaking. In such a situation, vegetables like okra, which have sufficient amount of calcium, are a good option for your bones.

3.Fenugreek for Bone Health

Due to its properties, fenugreek can prove to be very helpful for your bones. Understand it this way, 176 mg calcium is found in 100 grams of fenugreek and approximately 176 mg magnesium is found in 100 grams of fenugreek.
